SSRI China participated in the 13th China Pharmaceutical Decision Science Summit and the annual meeting of CphMRA 2025 hosted by the China Market Research Association (CMRA) from June 24 to 26 in Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou province, China.

This year’s summit attracted over 170 on-site guests and 3,000 online guests, breaking the attendance record again. The theme of this summit was “Artificial Intelligence x Medicine – New Quality Productivity Diving by Intelligent Agents” and it brought together industry experts to discuss how generative AI technology can change the various aspects within the pharmaceutical industry. There were 48 presentations and panel discussions during the conference, with more than half focusing on the application of AI, showing that AI has fully penetrated all aspects of the pharma industry.

Jane Zhang from SSRI China delivered a keynote speech at the conference titled “Unmet needs from the answers of physicians” based on a large-scale physician survey database, PatientsMap. In addition to analyzing the current unmet needs from the answers of the physicians from the US and Japan, she shared how AI was utilized for analyzing the overwhelming number of answers.

SSRI China also had a booth at the conference, and during the tea break, Jane met and exchanged information with pharma clients.
