On July 2nd, 2026, SSRI and M3 launched the 2026 version of PatientsMap China

Introduction to PatientsMap CN:

PatientsMap CN is a database product which uncovers the types of diseases that various specialists manage, and the monthly patient volume for each disease. The data is collected from around 10,000 physicians covering approximately 400 diseases/conditions.
PatientsMap can also be used as a tool for estimating nationwide patient numbers for various diseases across, not only different specialties, but also by hospital tiers and city tiers. It can help you in analyzing the potential of a new drug and also targeting the appropriate specialties in terms of market research and/or for promotional purposes.
This 2026 version is the fourth installment of PatientsMap China, with previous rounds conducted in 2018, 2019 and 2022. PatientsMap is also conducted in Japan (annually) and in the US (every 2 years).
